Free Your Voice Presented by Rob Pensalfini from Queensland Shakespeare Ensemble “Get to know your voice: it’s strong, it’s resilient, it’s expressive, it’s you.” – Kristin Linklater. A responsive, clear, and flexible voice is essential for powerful communication: onstage, in the classroom, and in daily life. This workshop introduces fundamental principles and exercises used by QSE actors and by performers worldwide to develop vocal nuance, clarity, power, and freedom. Based on the Linklater method (Freeing the Natural Voice), participants will gain practical techniques to strengthen their vocal practice and explore vocal health strategies, especially for teachers. This hands-on workshop includes exercises adaptable for classrooms and rehearsals. Wear comfortable clothing for movement-based activities.
